Black ceramic made a splash in the watch industry when Hublot introduced the concept of “invisible visibility.” Against the backdrop of a black ceramic case, black dial, and black alligator leather strap, the brand’s proprietary King Gold lights the city that comes alive at night. Six black diamonds detail the “Lucky 7” marker at 7 o’clock, hopefully foreshadowing the outcome of the wearer’s evening. Powered by HUB1143, a Manufacture self-winding Chronograph movement, the watches have a 42-hour power reserve and date window at 6 o’clock.
